Who doesn’t like to receive an update for their mobile devices? With updates not only your phone becomes more stable but sometimes the stock UI changes that give your phone a whole new you feeling. With Android 9 running the current market, there is a question in every Android user’s mind when will Android 10 update be coming for their device? then let me inform you that Android 10 has already hit the market in Google’s Pixel phones. The beta version was released on March 13, 2019, and on September 3, 2019, it was launched for all the existing Pixel models.
When Will My Phone Get the Android 10 Update?
It was in everyone’s mind that what Android 10 has rolled under its sleeves for them. Well, Google certainly has met the expectation of every user and in some cases even surpassed it by offering a new dimension of features and stock options that will blow your mind. the hottest of its features are:
- Better and improvised permissions and privacy controls.
- Introduction of new gesture control.
- Improved and well-integrated family controls.
- State of the art dark theme.
- A whole new focus mode for you to concentrate on the current app.
- Notification control simplification.
With so many new features introduced Android 10 is currently available only for pixel phones and other phones will have to wait for around 6 months to run on Android 10. it’s because Android 10’s dark theme is still under beta testing has only first-party apps support it and is still at an experimental stage for Gmail. many more apps are still out of scope. before releasing Android 10 for other users Google might have been skeptical about its full functionality and hence other mobile companies have to wait for about six months before seeing the dawn of Android 10.

It was introduced in May 2019 at Google I/O but 800 some reason didn’t gain much of spotlight. Maybe because it was not a global release after all. Initially, it was only for Pixel models but other companies were awaiting their chance. this could be one of the reasons Android 10’s introduction not gaining much popularity. But now that it has hit the market and also the news, everyone is keeping their eyes open for the next update. While every other company has to wait for about 6 months before receiving Android 10 update but there is one more thing that you need to keep in mind that not all of your models will receive the update Google only selected few flagship phones for the same purpose.
There is one more reason for not launching it globally. Every other Android has a stock name like choco eclair, honeycomb, Jelly Bean, KitKat, mango, Oreo, pie, etc. To choose the name from ‘Q’ is an integral indicate job. Android 10’s release was supposed to be in May but was postponed to August due to some beta testing issues.
